Processings

Cut

We have:
– 1 laser fiber 6000w
– 1 CO2 laser 2700w
With which we process the following materials
– Stainless steel (from 0.6 mm to 15 mm)
– Iron (from 0.6 mm to 20 mm)
– Aluminium (from 0.6 mm to 10 mm)
The maximum size is 1500×3000 mm
To process the tubular pieces, we rely on trusted external suppliers who have laser tube systems and are supported by our technical department.

Precision Mechanical Machining

We have
– 2 vertical machining centres 1350x800x800
– 2 5-axis mobile mast machining centres 3200x800x800
– 1 metrology room with 3D measurement

Welding

We have 9 manual and robotised MIG, MAG and TIG DC and TIG AC welding and braze welding stations.
Our welding department employees have a certified welding licence.

Bending

We have:
– 3 CNC 9-axis bending machines with bending power ranging from 75 t to 220 t for a maximum bending length of 3200 mm
– 1 calender with 3 rollers for the bending of sheets with a maximum width of 2000 mm

Surface Treatments

We manage and carry out surface treatments at external suppliers certified by us:
– stabilisation and sandblasting
– powder and liquid painting
– electrolytic galvanisation
– burnishing
– phosphating

Assembly

We carry out the assembly and pre-assembly of parts manufactured by us also using items supplied by other manufacturers (plastic, rubber parts, etc.).

Materials

Tecnor Sistemi can carry out multiple processes, both internally and through agreements with external companies connected to us.
All production is carried out according to pre-established times and methods that determine internal costs and therefore prices to customers.

Tecnor Sistemi processes the following materials:

Flat steel sheet with a thickness between 0.6 mm and 20 mm.
Flat sheet in stainless steel AISI 430 – 304 – 316 with a thickness between 0.6 mm and 12 mm.
Aluminium with a thickness between 10/10 and 40/10.
