\nWith which we process the following materials
\n– Stainless steel (from 0.6 mm to 15 mm)
\n– Iron (from 0.6 mm to 20 mm)
\n– Aluminium (from 0.6 mm to 10 mm)
\nThe maximum size is 1500\u00d73000 mm
\nTo process the tubular pieces, we rely on trusted external suppliers who have laser tube systems and are supported by our technical department.<\/p> <\/div><\/div>

\n– 2 vertical machining centres 1350x800x800
\n– 2 5-axis mobile mast machining centres 3200x800x800

Welding<\/h5>

We have 9 manual and robotised MIG, MAG and TIG DC and TIG AC welding and braze welding stations.

We have:
\n– 3 CNC 9-axis bending machines with bending power ranging from 75 t to 220 t for a maximum bending length of 3200 mm
\n– 1 calender with 3 rollers for the bending of sheets with a maximum width of 2000 mm<\/p> <\/div><\/div>[\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/3″]

Surface Treatments<\/h5>

We manage and carry out surface treatments at external suppliers certified by us:
\n– stabilisation and sandblasting
\n– powder and liquid painting
\n– electrolytic galvanisation
\n– burnishing

Assembly<\/h5>
